	Sandhoppers Holiday Rental located on the beachfront at Tokerau Beach, is a self-contained Lockwood style 2 storey house with lots of off-street parking. Sandhoppers can accommodate up to 6 people.

			Upstairs One bedroom with a queen size bed, also a lounge with a single bed and trundler bed if required. Both rooms have french doors leading onto a balcony with beautiful sea views of Doubtless Bay.

			Downstairs Open plan living area with kitchen, lounge and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, coffee plunger and yogurt maker. The lounge has a TV/VCR, firebox and mini CD player. Also on this level is a separate toilet and a bathroom with spa bath/shower combined and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a laundry with automatic washing machine and dryer.

From the lounge the french doors lead out onto a large decked area with gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.

2 Fishing Rods, Surf Ski and 4 boogey boards available for guests to use
Pillows, duvets and linen provided
Towels available - for house use only. Linen is to be laundered prior to departure if possible
No phone but there is mobile coverage at the house

Arrival & Departure Times
Sandhoppers holiday home will be ready for occupation at 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. Times may be adjusted to suit where possible.
